Serbia Pilot Court Mediation Project
The publication Support to the Implementation of Mediation in Courts and Bar Associations in Serbia is the result of work within the Serbia Pilot Court Mediation project, implemented by Partners for Democratic Change Serbia (Partners Serbia) in the period from December 2015 to April 2017. The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Republic of Serbia recognized the importance of enhancing implementation of mediation in Serbia and supported this Project through its MATRA program.
The opening ceremony was attended by over 30 attorneys, judges, local government representatives, as well as the media
The Ceremony will be held on Monday, April 24, 2017, at the Bar Association of Cacak
During the training, 36 lawyers had the opportunity to improve their knowledge and mediation advocacy skills
Partners Serbia, in cooperation with the Serbian Bar Association Academy, is organizing a 2-day training “Mediation Advocacy – Representing Clients in Mediation”.
The training was attended by ten public enforcement officers from the south of Serbia
The training was held for judges, judicial assistants and associates, as well as attorneys from the Bar Association of Cacak
The Project is implemented in cooperation with the Judicial Academy and with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands in Serbia
On January 28, 2016, over 50 lawyers from Belgrade, Novi Sad, Sabac, and Kragujevac attended the event
