Partners Serbia begins implementation of the project aimed at training inspectors on the new Law on Inspection Oversight („Official Gazette of the RS“, no. 36/2015). The Project is implemented in partnership with the Balkan Center for Regulatory Policy (BCRR) and with the support of the USAID Business Enabling Project (USAID BEP).
Within this ten-month project, Partners Serbia and BCRR will train approximately 220 inspectors – future trainers, in new features of the Law in Inspection Oversight that starts with implementation on 29 April 2016. Among other topics, the training program will focus on risk assessment, preventive measures, inspection planning, cooperation between the inspections and other relevant bodies, etc. Apart from introducing inspectors from different fields of oversight with their new authorities prescribed by the Law, the training program will also focus on improving the participants’ communication skills. Further, the training program will cover training methodologies, so the participants can improve their presentation skills and are enabled to successfully transfer the acquired knowledge to their colleagues and associates.
Trainers and presenters at the events will be experts from Partners Serbia, BCCR and USAID BEP, as well as external experts in the fields covered by training program.
