New Training on Personal Data Protection

SAM_0331Ana Toskic, Partners Serbia Executive Director, delivered presentations at another training on personal data protection organized by the Commissioner for Free Access to Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection for representatives of providers of telecommunication services. The training took place 26 – 27 October 2016, as a part of the project “Increase capacities of the Commissioner for Free Access to Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection”, implemented by the Commissioner with the support of the Kingdom of Norway. At the training, Ana presented basic concepts and legal framework for protection of privacy and personal data, while she also spoke about the rules of disclosing the data to other subject and protection of privacy in employment relations.

Milica Basta, consultant at the BDK Attorneys PDP practice, was also trainer at the event, while the representatives of the Commissioner participated by presenting the practice of this independent body in the field of personal data protection.
