E-LEARNING – Criminal Procedure Code

Partners for Democratic Change Serbia, in cooperation with the American Bar Association (ABA ROLI)and the Bar Association of Serbia, and with the support of the US Department of State / Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), are organizing on-line training program for attorneys and law trainees, aiming to improve knowledge in the field of criminal legislation.


E-learning program is intended for attorneys and law trainees in Serbia. The program can be followed at any time and from any place that has internet access, which will allow attorneys and law trainees from the regional bars to have access to lectures at their convenience.
E-learning program is free for all. If you want to participate in this program, you have to register.


Each user will choose the username and password, and will receive the instructions on how to connect to the system.

In addition to the above mentioned lectures, the program will also consist of other presentations from eminent national and international experts in the field of criminal law. Lectures consist of video and audio presentations, power-point presentations, case studies and practices.
As mentioned, each user can follow the lectures at their own convenience. The lectures can be re-listened, fast forwarded, paused – the presentations can be stopped, or one can skip them, or go back and listen the same presentations as many times as they want.
