Mediation Survey for Western Balkans Region

17.05.2021.

Regional Cooperation Council’s (RCC), an all inclusive regional cooperation framework for the South East Europe, has engaged Partners Serbia-led team of experts to perform a comprehensive analysis of cross-border mediation in civil and commercial matters in the six Western Balkans economies (WB6), with the aim of exploring possibilities for creating an efficient cross-border dispute settlement mechanism envisaged by the WB6 Common Regional Market 2021 – 2024 Action Plan.

To achieve this goal, RCC is seeking feedback from mediation practitioners and stakeholders in the Western Balkans (mediators, judges, lawyers, corporate executives, in-house counsel, legal advisers, public institution and civil society representatives, academics, etc.). If you are from the region, do not miss this opportunity to share your views and opinions on mediation.

This online mediation questionnaire has two parts of 14 questions with multiple answers, and is likely to take no more than 10 minutes of your time. The Questionnaire will be open until 26 May 2021 and can be accessed via the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfDKdIvLafSgbid6fhro37oQfs4ufuyHbuQA7SnlSFjc6Pv4w/viewform

To ensure the widest possible participation, please feel free to forward this questionnaire to any other interested participant from the Western Balkans region. Participation in the survey is voluntary, responses will be used for the purposes of the RCC Analysis and will remain confidential.

We thank you for your time and contribution. Should you have any questions or difficulties in accessing the Questionnaire, kindly contact us at office@partners-serbia.org.
