Trial Advocacy Skills Seminar held in Belgrade, 25 March 2015

DSC_0167Partners for Democratic Change Serbia, in cooperation with Bar Association of Serbia, organize a seminar „Advocacy Skills in Criminal Trial – Direct and Cross-Examination“, in Lawyer’s Academy in Belgrade, on 25 March 2015.

The seminar is a part of the “Serbia Criminal Defense Capacity Program” implemented by Partners Serbia, in cooperation with the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI), and supported by the State Department / Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and Bar Association of Serbia.

During the seminar, the participants will improve their knowledge and skills in development of a case strategy and direct and cross-examination in accordance with novelties in the CPC 2011.

Lecturers on the seminar are defense attorneys Jasmina Mikic, Aleksandar Popovic and PhD Veljko Delibasic, who successfully completed the training for trainers within the CDCP Project, as well as the special guest, Hana Hausnerova of ABA ROLI.
